Handmade triptych Saint Sava. The metal parts are ennobled with 24-carat gilding (the finest and highest-quality gilding on the market), as well as 925 fine silver plating. The icon is additionally decorated with zircons, in order to draw even more attention to all the smallest details that were taken care of during production.

The back of the triptych also has a handle/stand so you can easily position it anytime, anywhere. There are two angels in the left and right wings of the triptych.

The icon was modeled after the medieval icons, which were made to the smallest detail and everything except the face was forged. It was made using the technique of engraving, and then pouring metal into molds.

SAINT SAVA

Saint Sava (1174–1236) is the most important saint and spiritual leader of the Serbian people, the founder of the Serbian Orthodox Church and the first Serbian archbishop. Born Rastko Nemanjić, the son of the great prefect Stefan Nemanja, he left the court to become a monk on Mount Athos. There he founded the Hilandar monastery, which became the center of Serbian spirituality.

In 1219, Saint Sava achieved autocephaly (independence) of the Serbian Orthodox Church and became its first archbishop. He dedicated himself to education, church decoration and monastery construction. His work on strengthening the faith and culture of the Serbian people made him a symbol of Serbian identity.

He is revered as a saint, enlightener and peacemaker, and his day, January 27, is celebrated as a school holiday.
