Petar Bojovic (Misevici near Nova Varoš, July 4/16, 1858 - Belgrade, January 19, 1945) was a Serbian and Yugoslav duke (field marshal). He participated in the Serbian-Turkish wars during which he was in the headquarters of the Supreme Command. After the Serbian-Bulgarian war, he became a cavalry sergeant, and then in 1891 he passed the exam and received the rank of captain. At the same time, he was appointed acting Chief of Staff of the Moravian Division in Nis, where he remained for five years. He changed several duties until the outbreak of the Balkan Wars in 1912, when he was the commander of the Cavalry Division.

The history of lead soldiers goes far back in time. Metallic figures of warriors of different epochs and countries were on the seats in the courtyards of antique and medieval rulers, the war councils of the world leaders, the shelves of passionate collectors, and of course - in the children's rooms.
